Its agents let customers complete banking tasks by voice, such as money transfers, loan applications and card management, and provide round-the-clock voice support tuned to African languages and dialects. It serves finance, health, agriculture and development organisations in East Africa on a pay-by-minute model.

Proto AICX

Proto is an AI customer-experience platform for emerging markets whose AICX assistants combine rule-based and generative AI to automate customer support, complaint intake and citizen engagement, with agent-to-agent handoff and takeover by human agents. It supports low-resource and local languages and is a WhatsApp Business and Meta partner, with a regional team in Kigali and national AI voice-agent deployments in Rwanda (Kinyarwanda). Clients include the National Bank of Rwanda and the Bank of Ghana.
