🇸🇴Somalia

[ingest-scout] Somalia's dominant payment gateway connecting EVC Plus (Hormuud), ZAAD (Telesom), WAAFI and SAHAL mobile wallets plus card and bank accounts. The live developer docs at docs.waafipay.com (redirected from developer.waafipay.net) cover a Purchase API, PreAuthorization API, Hosted Payment Page, and webhooks. Registry currently has only 1 SO entry; this is the primary programmatic payment rail for Somali developers.
