Community MCP server that lets an AI agent drive guarded M-Pesa payment workflows through typed tools, including STK push, transaction state checks, callback handling, receipts and operator approvals. It is a production-shaped prototype built on FastAPI with Redis rate limiting, PostgreSQL persistence, an audit trail and a React operator dashboard. This is a fuller financial-action platform than the thin Daraja wrappers already in the registry.

Community MCP server for MTN Mobile Money that exposes MoMo payment operations as tools an MCP client can call, with approval gates, spend limits, idempotency, an audit log and a kill switch. It targets the MTN MoMo sandbox and includes an explicit safety test suite. MTN Mobile Money is a pan-African mobile wallet used across Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, Cameroon and other markets.

Community MCP server for Orange Money WebPay covering Senegal plus 10 Francophone West and Central African countries, with 8 tools for web payments, status checks, cash-in and cash-out. It uses OAuth2 client-credentials auth and is published to npm as @theyahia/orange-money-mcp. Orange Money is one of the largest mobile money networks across Francophone Africa.

Complements wapimaji-mcp (already in registry) with a distinct civic/governance data layer for East Africa.

[ingest-scout] Python MCP server for Rwanda's national soil information system (RwaSIS) operated by the Rwanda Agriculture Board (RAB); provides tools for crop listings, soil data by location, and parcel lookup via Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI). Last commit April 23 2026. Caveat: the RAB boundaries API currently returns empty arrays for location queries — soil data tables not yet fully populated on the RAB side, but the MCP server itself is functional and the data infrastructure is real.
